Abstract :Bu çalışmada, Avrupa Birliği ve Türkiye'nin Coğrafi Bilgi Sistemleri politikalarının öncelikleri kapsamında taşınmaz değer haritalarının üretimi ve sunulmasını sağlayan bir Taşınmaz Değerleme Bilgi Sistemi önerilmiştir. TADEBİS adı verilen proje ile sağlıklı bir kentleşme politikasının oluşumuna katkı sağlamanın yanı sıra taşınmaz değerlemesine ihtiyaç duyan herkesin doğru ve güncel coğrafi değer verisine ulaşabileceği düşünülmektedir.
