Abstract :Bu caltsma; ADP, ATP, NAD, eoA, DNA ve RNA'ytfarkh biyolojik kaynaklardan elde etmek icin yaptlmisttr. ATP erkek tavsanlartn iskelet kaslartndan. ADP, ATP'den, NAD ve eoA mayadan, DNA ve RNA ise erkek buzaginin timus bezi, dalak, karaciger, testis, bobrek, akciger, kemik ilig] ve eritrositlerden elde edilmistir. Bu calisma sonunda, 3 gr Ba2 ATP 4H20; 0.3 gr Ba3(ADP)z 4H20; 0.6 gr NAD; 15 gr eoA elde edilmistir. En cok DNA ve RNA karacigerden, en az DNA bobrekten ve en az RNA ise akcigerden elde edilmistir.
