Abstract :Bankaların sermaye yeterlilikleri ve bu konudaki riskleri bertaraf etmeye yönelik olarak düzenlenen Basel III kriterleri ve Türkiye’de en son yürürlüğe giren Yeni Türk Ticaret Kanunu ile ilgili düzenlemelerin doğrudan ve dolaylı olarak Türkiye’de faaliyet gösteren KOBİ statüsündeki işletmelerin finansman sorunları üzerinde etki yaratacağı açıktır. Bu çalışmanın amacı, Basel III ve Yeni Türk Ticaret Kanunu’nun KOBİ’lerin finansman sorunları üzerindeki muhtemel etkilerinin ortaya konulmasıdır. Çalışmada KOBİ’lerin finansal konularını içeren düzenlemeler irdelenmiş ve elde edilen sonuçlar ortaya konulmuştur
