Abstract :Anadolu, en eski medeniyet merkezlerinden biridir. Anadolu toprakları, tek tanrılı dinlerin doğduğu mekân olmasa da, tek tanrılı dinlerin yayılma alanı bulduğu ve birbirleriyle temasa geçtiği topraklardır. Bu buluşmanın önde gelen nedenlerinden biri, doğrudan doğruya Anadolu’nun coğrafi konumuyla ilgilidir. Anadolu insanı hoşgörülü bir yapıya sahiptir. Çok tanrılı dinlerin yaşandığı dönemlerden kalan bu hoşgörü anlayışı, tek tanrılı dinlerin ortaya çıktığı dönemlerde de devam etmiş, Anadolu insanı Hristiyanlığı, Müslümanlığı ve Museviliği aynı mekân içerisinde yaşatabilme başarısını göstermiştir. Nitekim günümüz Türkiye’sinde bile aynı kent içinde, hatta aynı mahallede camiyi, kiliseyi ve havrayı bir arada görmek mümkündür. Anahtar Kelimeler: Anadolu, din, Musevilik, Hristiyanlık, İslamiyet. Anatolia is one of the oldest civilization centrals. Anatolia is not a place where monoteist religions did not appear but the monoteist religions met there. The most important reason of this meeting is the geographical condition of Anatolia. Anatolia peoples have a tolerant nature. This tolerant mind left from the times of the politeist religions but the same tolerant mind went on during the monoteist religions appeared. Really, the three monoteist religions Judaism, Christianity and Islam-could be lived in Anatolia side by side. In just the same way it is possible to see the church, the mosque and the sinagog side by side in the same city and even at the same street in present Turkey.
