Abstract :Bu araştırmanın amacı, ilköğretim öğrencileri ile sınıf ve Türkçe öğretmenlerinin bitişik eğik yazı başarı düzeylerinin değerlendirilmesidir. Araştırmada öğretmen ve öğrencilerin bitişik eğik yazı konusundaki yeterlikleri Dikte Metni, Bitişik Eğik Yazı Analitik Puanlama Anahtarı kullanılarak değerlendirilmiştir. Ölçme araçlarının geçerliğini sağlamak için literatür taraması ve uzman görüşüne başvurulmuştur. Puanlama anahtarının güvenirliği için kodlayıcılar arası uyum düzeyine bakılmıştır. Araştırmanın sonuçlarına göre sınıf öğretmenleri ( =3,12) Türkçe öğretmenlerine ( =3.01) göre nispeten önde görünse de her iki gruptaki öğretmenlerin bitişik eğik yazı başarısı orta düzeydedir. Öğrencilerin başarı durumlarına bakıldığında ise öğretim sürecine bitişik eğik yazı eğitimi alarak başlayanların diğerlerine göre daha başarılı oldukları görülmektedir. The aim of this study is to evaluate cursive italic hand writing success level of primary school students, teachers of primary education and Turkish language. Dictation text and cursive italic handwriting analytical scoring key were used to evaluate the competencies of the teachers and students in cursive italic hand writing. To ensure the validity of the measurement tools, literature search and expert opinions were consulted. For the reliability of scoring keys, adaptation level among encoders were observed (from 912 to 943; p<0.01). According to the results of our study, even if teachers of primary education ( =3.12) seem a bit ahead of teachers of Turkish language ( =3.01), the success of both groups in cursive italic handwriting is moderate.
