Abstract :Bu çalışmada, bir termoelektrik modülün soğutma performansını gösteren kalite faktörü (figure of merit - Z) parametresinin belirlenmesi için termoemk, gerilim ve sıcak yüzeyin sıcaklığının ölçümüne dayalı yeni bir yöntem kullanılmıştır. Bu yönteme göre çalışan yeni bir mikrodenetleyici test sistemi gerçekleştirilmiştir. Yeni test sistemiyle Melcor firmasının ürettiği standart (CP 1.4-127-10L) modülün Z değeri ölçülmüştür. Bu değerler Melcor tarafından verilen Z değerleri ile kıyaslanmıştır. Bu değerler birbirine oldukça yakın çıkmıştır.
