Abstract :Amaç: Kolistin kolistimetat sodyum son yıllarda çoklu ilaç direnci gösteren gram negatif bakterilerin oluşturduğu nozokomiyal enfeksiyonların tedavisinde kullanılmaktadır. Kolistin kullanımı sonucu gelişen ciddi advers etkiler arasında nefrotoksisite önemli bir yer tutar. Geriatrik hastalarda kolistin ve nefrotoksisite ilişkisine yönelik çalışmalar kısıtlıdır. Amacımız Yoğun Bakım Ünitesinde Acinetobacter baumannii enfeksiyonu nedeniyle kolistin tedavisi alan geriatrik ≥65 yaş ve nongeriatrik
