Abstract :Patellofemoral ağrı sendromu PFAS patella femoral eklemdeki fiziksel ve biyomekanik değişiklikler sonucu ortaya çıkan retropatellar veya peripatellar ağrı olarak tanımlanmaktadır. PFAS, fiziksel olarak aktif, genç, yetişkin bireylerde genellikle kadınlarda görülür. Bu vaka sunumunda ön diz ağrısı yakınmasıyla başvuran 46 yaşındaki kadın hasta sunulmuştur
