Abstract :In this paper, according to the temettuat records of Piri~tina and Yakova (Cakova), which are the prominent cities of Kosovo, socio-economic conditions of religional staff who lived, in the middle of the 19th centuries, on both cities, has been revealed. First of all, the religional staff has been classified to their habitats, and it has bee11 made a research on the mosques of the Muslim religional staff who they work for and, whether or not have they been any other jobs doing, at the same period of time. According to my research, it is obvious that, some of the religional staff not only has been served on the education but also they have done, other works like, craftsman or artist. Also, at this work, fees a11d other incomes of religional staff, has been clearly revealed. According to these information, I have reached to a contusion that the fees of religional staff has been not enough to ensure a honorable life, because of that they have been e11forced to do additio11aljobs to be alive. It is clear that, the agriculture has been played a vital role in their life. Religional staff who had families, has been usually excepted to the collection of the "raiyet riisumu" and extraordinary taxes, like the previos times have been done. However this research is showed that they had to pay the religional taxes. Consequently, in this research, it has been stated that how the religional staff who lived in both Piri~tina and Yakova, had a life conditions and standarts.
