Abstract :This study used a correlational model to examine the relationships between boundaryless and protean career attitudes, identity perceptions, and psychological flexibility levels among adult individuals. The study sample consisted of 393 adult individuals between 18 and 61 actively engaged in the workforce. The study utilized a \\\'Personal Information Form\\\' developed by the researchers and the \\\'Boundaryless and Protean Career Scale,\\\' \\\'Identity Perception Scale,\\\' and \\\'Psychological Flexibility Scale,\\\' all of which have previously established validity and reliability. The study found a low-level significant negative correlation between negative identity perception and the variables of self-management and values-driven behavior. A moderate-level significant positive correlation was identified between positive identity perception and the variables of self-management and values-driven behavior. Additionally, there was a low-level significant positive correlation between positive identity perception and psychological and physical mobility variables. A significant positive correlation was found between self-management and psychological and physical mobility variables. In contrast, a significant negative correlation was identified between self-management and psychological flexibility. A significant negative correlation was also found between psychological mobility and psychological flexibility. The results of multiple regression analysis revealed that positive identity perception and psychological mobility significantly predict self-management style. On the other hand, physical mobility did not significantly predict self-management style.
