Abstract :Diğer birçok ülkede olduğu gibi, Çin'in güvenliği uluslararası ilişkilerinden ve iç işlerinden ayrılamaz. Bu nedenle Çin’in güvenlik meselelerini devlet ve sermaye güçlerinden ayrılan sosyal güçlerden, yani sivil toplum objektifinden incelemek gerekmektedir. Bu makalede Çin’in uzun vadeli güvenliğinin sivil toplumun temel değerleri olan vatandaşların sosyal bilincine ve kamu hizmetlerine katılımına bağlı olduğu savunmayı amaçlamaktadır. Bu mantık çerçevesinde yazarlar, işleyen bir sivil toplumun Çin’in güvenliğine etkisini ve entelektüellerin bunu mümkün kılmaktaki kilit rolünü vurgulamaktadır.
