Abstract :In this article aiming the survey of copyrighted artworks and movable cultural properties in Turkish judicial system, essential definitions, texts and related corporations shall be presented . In the sections, the rights of the work’s owner; purchase-sale of cultural properties; information on the rights regarding use and representation, legal situation of the purchaser; exceptions; philanthropic use of art; tax related issues; comparative survey in six countries besides Turkey shall be defined
