Abstract :The provision of the new Turkish Commercial Code no .6102 , contrarily to the Turkish Commercial Code no . 6762, regulates that, all assets of the commercial enterprise are transferred with one single transaction . Before the amendement, Article 179 of the Turkish Code of Obligations stipulates the complete succession principle only for debts of the enterprise . With the new regulation this principle of complete succession is recognized for the transfer of the enterprise’s assets . In this article, these amendements and the controversial issues will be adressed
