Abstract :Giriş ve amaç: Helikobakter pylori midenin antrumunda, mukus altındaki epitel hücre yüzeyinde kolonize olarak kronik aktif gastrit ve duodenal ülser oluşumundaki rolü ispatlanmıştır. Bununla birlikte, organizmanı n bütünlügü ve dokunulmazlığını korumakla görevli olan immün sistemin bu bakterilere ve duodenumda oluşan doku hasarına vermiş olduğu yanıt hakkında bildiklerimiz azdır. Çalışmamızın amacı, duodenum ülserli hastaların periferik venöz kanındaki immün hücrelerde MHC I klas reseptör ekspresyonunu incelenmektir.
