Abstract :Vajinal eviserasyon nadir görülen acil cerrahi gerektiren bir durumdur.Sık görülen nedenleri menopoz öncesi ve sonrasında değișmeklebirlikte travma her iki dönemde de nedenlerinden birisidir. Selfmutilasyonise bireyin kendine zarar verici davranıșlar sergilemesidirve bir travma sebebi sayılır. Bu olgu sunumunda self-mutilasyonsonrası gelișen vajinal eviserayonun acil sağaltımını sunuyoruz.
