Abstract :Bu çalışmada, Yalova ili atmosferinde Platanus sp. polenlerinin 2004 - 2005 yılları içerisindeki günlük değişimleri tespit edildi. İki yıllık çalışma süresince Lanzoni VPPS 2000 (Lanzoni Volumetrik Pollen ve Partikül Örnekleme) cihazı ile 01 Ocak 2004 – 31 Aralık 2005 yılları arasında polen örnekleri elde edildi. Wodehouse metodu ile günlük preparatlara dönüştürülen örnekler ışık mikroskobunda incelendi. Çalışma süresince Yalova atmosferine en fazla polen yoğunluğa sahip olan Platanus sp. polenleri 2004’te %33.42, 2005’te %26.04 olarak tespit edildi. Polen sezonunun her iki yılda da Mart - Mayıs ayları arasında olduğu tespit edildi. En yüksek polen yoğunluğuna her iki yılda da nisan ayında (2004’te %29.6, 2005’te %20.3) ulaştığı tespit edildi.
