Abstract :Lösemi ve lenfomalar dışında metastatik testis tümörleri en sık prostat kanseri metastazı şeklindedir. Prostat kanserinin bilateral testis metastazı nadiren görülür. Bu olgu sunumunda prostat kanserinin bilateral testis metastazı olgusu literatür eşliğinde sunulmuştur
