Abstract :Travmatik akut subdural hematom yaşamı tehdit eden bir durumdur. Akut subdural hematomun birkaç saat içinde spontan rezolüsyonu nadir görülür. Bu olguda travmatik akut subdural hematomun 5 saat içerisinde hızlı rezolüsyonunu ilişkili mekanizmalar eşliğinde tartışarak sunduk.
