Abstract :While investigating ethnic origins of peoples, the study of ethno-folkloric materials and genealogy plays an important role. Geneological data also shows widely that the history of the ancient Kyrgyz People displayed in the sources. For instance, firstly in the materials of III.-V. centuries and then in Chinese sources there is a possible ethnic relations among the Kyrgyz-Tie- le- (Oguz)-Turks. Here Ting- lings should seems to be mixed with Kyrgyzes. This situation carries importance in terms of ethno-cultural relationship between Hsie-yen-t‟uo and Kyrgyz people. Hsie-yen-t‟uo is a group within the Ting Lings. In the ethnic construction of Kyrgyz people, the influence of Oghuz tribes should play a signficant role because, these cases also was reflected in the traditional genealogy which mentioned above. In this regard, the history of inter-ethnic relations of these two Turkic peoples in the lights of folkloric and ethnographic materials intended to take into the consideration wihtin this paper
