Abstract :Kamu denetimi adına çok miktarda bilgiye ve veriye ulaşım, zaman içinde geleneksel denetimin yetersiz kalmasına neden olmuş ve dijitalleşmenin yaygınlaşmasıyla birlikte, daha hızlı, güvenilir, kontrol edilebilir ve sürekli denetim ihtiyacını doğurmuştur. Nitekim çalışmada geleneksel denetim modeli modern denetim karşılaştırılmış ve modern denetime konu olabilecek dijital ikiz yöntemi üzerinde durulmuştur
