Abstract :This study examines the value orientations and irrational beliefs that affect individuals\\\' self-efficacy levels. The study was conducted with 367 adult participants, 264 women and 103 men aged 18 and above. Based on the relational model, this study used the General Self-Efficacy Scale, Irrational Beliefs Scale and Portrait Values Questionnaire as data collection tools. The analysis revealed that value orientations and irrational beliefs accounted for 31% of the variance in self-efficacy levels. Self-direction, stimulation, and universalism were found to be significant positive predictors of self-efficacy, whereas irrational beliefs emerged as significant negative predictors.Keywords : Irrational beliefs Value Self-efficacy
