Abstract :Dekstrokardi kalbin aksının apeks-kauda düzleminde olduğu ve kalbin kendisinin de sağ hemitoraksta bulunduğu kardiyak pozisyon anomalisidir. Bu pozisyon anomalisi kalbin konjenital sebepleriyle olup ekstra-kardiyak bir sebebe bağlı değildir. Dekstrokardi ve dekstropozisyon aynı terimler değildir. Bu olgu sunumunda akciğerde kitlesi olan hastada dekstropozisyon ve dekstrokardi birlikteliğinin klinik incelemesi yapılmaktadır.
