Abstract :This study examined the application of AI tools including GPT or Claude (large language models) in primary healthcare settings and it included the use of AI tools for diagnosis, patient information, administration, and clinical decision-making. Legal and ethical issues and data security were discussed in using AI in primary care settings, also the present status of primary care in Türkiye was reviewed and recommendations were made for the future. These tools can be used to improve the quality of care, facilitate access to care, and reduce the cost of primary healthcare when used properly, thus they have the potential to make a significant impact on the healthcare system.Keywords :Artificial Intelligence, Large Language Models, Primary Health Care, Health Technologies
