Abstract :In recent years, businesses are devoting enhanced attention to renewable energy sources due to rapid depletion of fossil fuels, increased environmental awareness of society, undesirable results of climate change like the rise of atmospheric carbon dioxide, sharp increased temperature, prolonged drought. Biomass is a relatively new renewable energy source, which is gathering attention of firms. Biomass power are generated through usage of organic materials to create energy. Crusher machines which, are used in the biomass energy generating processing, press the organic materials to reduce them into small size. This study aims to analyze three crusher machine suppliers based on five criteria (moisture of material, tons/hour specification of crusher, electrical power of crusher, input-output properties of raw material, types of crusher) with using ORESTE multi-criteria decision making method to create comprehensive framework for decision makers.
Keywords : Crusher Machine, Renewable Energy, Biomass Energy, Multi Criteria Decision Making, ORESTE
