Abstract :Managerial positions consist of plenty of crucial tasks. On 26th of November 1934 in Turkey, some titles (such as Ağa, Hacı, Hafız, Hoca, Molla, Bey, Efendi, Beyefendi, Hanımefendi, Hazretleri) were forbidden. Some business titles are classified as occupational and managerial titles. Titles such as “Manager” and “Executive” are extensively used for managerial positions. According to Mannheim, power is the social pressure which is applied on a person to encourage a desired behaviour regardless of time and space. Some basic concepts related to power are authority, political behaviour, influence, pressure and potency. In this study, monetary and non-monetary analyses are performed for the cost and benefit analysis of a conjectural managerial position.
