Abstract :In a world, which is becoming ever more complex and uncertain, there is a growing need to develop efficient and effective management systems. With facing an increasing number and intensity of challenges like climate change, energy, water, food as well as political stability, security and equality, scholars in all scientific domains transformed their concepts, methodologies, and paradigms up to this new and emerging environment. In this uncertain environment, business scholars have also adapted their scientific research and developed collaboration networks by considering these environmental conditions. In this study, for understanding this adaptation and possible change in collaboration patterns, exploratory research was conducted. In this exploratory research, I aimed to examine author, organizational, and country collaboration patterns in last decade by using Web of Science publication database. For comparison purpose, I created a subset for Turkey-addressed publications and performed same visuals with this sub-dataset.
