Abstract :Çam fıstığı teknik metotlarla kurutulamadığından bazı kalite bozulmaları söz konusu olmakta bu da ürün kalitesini olumsuz yönde etkilemektedir. Bu araştırma kapsamında yapılan bilgisayar kontrollü güneş enerjisi ve ısı pompası destekli kurutucuda teknik kurutma yöntemi ile; enerji tasarrufu ve yatırım maliyetlerinin düşürülmesi ve kurutulan ürünün de yüksek kalitede olması sağlanmıştır.
