Dermatofit türlerinin dağılımı coğrafık bölgelere göre değişildik gösterebilir. Bu çalışmada, İsparta ve çevresindeki dermatofıtozlu olguların klinik ve mikolojik özellikleri araştırıldı. Yerleşim yerlerine göre dermatofitozlar; tinea pedis %57.49, tinea ımguium %21.03, tinea inguinalis %12.19, tinea korporis %6.93, tinea manum %1.90, tinea kapitis %0.45 oranında bulundu. Kültür için 158 olgudan deri kazıntısı, kıl ve tırnak örnekleri alındı. Kültürlerin 71 insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(%44.94);`inde üreme oldu. T.rubrum insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(%67.6l); en sık görülen etken olarak saptandı. The distribution ofdifferent species of dermatophytes, however, varies \videly by geographical area. in this study, we investigated the clinical and mycologic features of patients \vith dermatophytoses in İsparta region. The distribution of the dermatophytoses according to anatomical sites was asfollows; 57.49% tinea pedis, 21.03% tinea ımguium, 12.19% tinea inguinalis, 6.93% tinea corporis, 1.90% tinea manum, 0.45% tinea capitis. Skin scrapings, hair and nail samples were obtainedfrom 158 patients. However, only 71insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(44.94 %); of these samples grew on the cultures. T.rubrum insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(%67.61); was the most common type of dermatophytes isotatedfrom skin scrapings. The other species were asfollows; 19.72% E.floccosum, 7.04% Candida app, 5.63% T.mentagrophytes. Key words: Dermatophyte, dermatophytoses.
