Abstract :The current study analyzes the effect of attitudes towards supervision on organizational commitment according to the views of provincial education inspectors. The study group consisted of provincial education inspectors working in Ankara in 2023-2024 academic year. The population included 186 inspectors working at Ankara Provincial Directorate of National Education, whereas the study sample was composed of 159 inspectors working at the Provincial Directorate for National Education. In this study, we used the “Scale of Atti-tudes towards Supervision” to identify the participants’ attitudes toward supervision and the “Organizational Commitment Scale” to gather data about organizational commitment. We calculated the standard deviation, skewness and kurtosis coefficients, mean, median and mode values within the scope of normality analyses for the measurement tool used in the study. We conducted multiple linear regression analysis to determine the predictive level of the independent variable for the dependent variable. Results showed that provin-cial education inspectors had a moderate level of organizational commitment. We also found out that there was a moderate positive relationship between attitude towards super-vision and organizational commitment. Lastly, the study results revealed that attitude towards supervision was a significant predictor of organizational commitment.
