Kadın Hastalıkları ve Doğum Uzmanlarının Klinik Karar Destek Sistemlerini Kullanımı Utilization af Clinical Decision Support Systems Among Obstetricians and Gynaecologists

Abstract :Amaç: Bu çalışmanın amacı, Türkiye’de üç metropolde görev yapan kadın hastalıkları ve doğum uzmanları nın insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(KHDU); klinik karar destek sistemlerini insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(KKDS); kullanım düzeyinin belirlenmesidir. Gereç ve Yöntemler : Kesitsel tipteki araştırmanın çalışma grubunu, İzmir, Ankara ve İstanbul illerinde görev yapan 872 KHDU’nun 178’i insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(%20.4); oluşturdu. KHDU’lar ile yüz yüze görüşme yoluyla toplanan veriler, yüzde dağılım biçiminde özetlendi. KKDS kullanımı ile bağımsız değişkenler arasındaki ilişki ki-kare testi ile değerlendirildi.   Bulgular: Uzmanların %71.9’u çalışma saatlerinde en az bir KKDS kullanmaktaydı. Her gün KKDS kullananların yüzdesi 14,8 idi.   KKDS kullanma yüzdesi genç hekimlerde insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(p<0,001);, kadınlarda insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(p<0,001);, uzmanlık süresi 15 yıldan az olanlarda insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(p<0,001);, akademik unvana sahip olanlarda insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(p= 0,012);, kamu sektöründe insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(p= 0,005); ve III. basamak sağlık kuruluşunda çalışanlarda insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(p<0,001); yüksekti. Sonuç: KHDU’ların büyük bölümü KKDS kullanmasına karşın, her gün düzenli olarak kullananlar düşük düzeydedir. KKDS uygulamaları konusunda uzmanlık dernekleri tarafından tanıtım ve eğitim yapılması önerilebilir. Abstract Objective : The aim of this study was to determine level of use of clinical decision support systems insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(CDSS); by obstetricians and gynaecologists insert ignore into journalissuearticles values( OB/GYN s); who work in three metropolises of Turkey. Methods: The study population of this cross-sectional study consisted of 178 insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(20.4%); of 872 OB/GYNs working in İzmir, Ankara and İstanbul. Data collected through face-to-face interviews with OB/GYNs were summarized in percentage distribution. Chi-square test was used to evaluate the relationship between the use of CDSS and independent variables. Results: 71.9% of the OB/GYN used at least one CDSS during working hours. The percentage of those using CDSS every day was 14.8. The percentage of using CDSS was higher in young physicians insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(p<0.001);, women insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(p<0.001);, those with less than 15 years of expertise insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(p<0.001);, those with academic titles insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(p= 0.012);, and those working in the public sector insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(p= 0.005); and tertiary healthcare institutions insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(p<0.001);. Conclusion: Although most of the OB/GYNs use CDSS, the proportion of OB/GYNs who use it regularly every day is low. It can be recommended that specialization associations should provide promotion and training about CDSS applications.
