Abstract :Sevim Burak has a special place in our literature with the content and format of her texts. Produced texts includes quotations and clues followed by her own life, they also have a relationship with each other tightly. This status between the texts, combined with repeated items, and formal testing constitutes the basic features of Burak`s texts. Minority identity, disease, the woman defining herself over a man and being depressed, expended lifes without any sense, death and a constricted feeling are conspicuous as the clear themes. Sevim Burak`s texts may take different interpretations with different readings. Here, it`s been tried to set up an angle over the female characters.
