Abstract :Dialects are one of the methods by which we can follow the history, different grammatical structures and vocabulary of a language. Thus, it becomes possible to determine the periods of historical development of languages. The study conducted about the dialects and the documented materials have an important place in the creation of dialect atlases. Documenting and creating language atlases allows to compare dialects living in geographical regions that are far from each other. Many studies have been conducted on Kazakh Turkish language in Kazakhstan and other countries. However, the studies examining the dialects of Kazakh Turkish are quite few and insufficient. In this context, dialect studies conducted in various geographies of the Turkish language is even more important. Because researching and examining dialect-based texts will provide new information and data about the ancient periods of Turkish. Considering that there may be a solution to some issues of the Turkish language that have not yet been clarified, we based our study on the dialects of Kazakh Turks living in the Southern region of Kazakhstan. The dialect in question will be examined in terms of “case suffixes” and its differences from standard Kazakh Turkish will be revealed. Old Turkish and Kazakh Turkish will also be compared with the “case suffixes” of the Southern region of the dialect.
