Abstract :Abdüllatif el-Bağdâdî, XIII. Yüzyılda yaşamış, Fârâbî ekolüne mensup kabul edebileceğimiz, gelenekçi filozoflardan birisidir. Çeşitli konularda yazmış olduğu onlarca eserinin, belki de en önemli ortak noktası, yaşadığı dönemin meselelerini eleştirel bir tarzda incelemesidir. Kitâbü’n-nasihateyn adlı risalesinde de Bağdâdî, tıp ve felsefe konusunda kendi dönemindeki mevcut durumu analiz ederek, İbn Sînâ’nın eserlerine karşı insanları uyarmaktadır. Çünkü ona göre İbn Sînâ felsefî geleneği,  Eflatun ve Aristoteles felsefesinde olmayan yeni konularla tahrif etmiştir. O, İbn Sînâ ve takipçilerini, Eflatun ve Aristoteles felsefesini kendilerine göre yorumlamaları ve bu felsefenin bölümleri üzerinde kendilerine göre tasarrufta bulunmaları sebebiyle eleştirmektedir. Anahtar Kelimeler: Abdüllatîf el-Bağdâdî, felsefe eleştirisi, nasihat, İbn Sînâ, Eflatun, Aristoteles.   Criticism of Avicenna by Abd al-Lat ī f al-Baghd ā d ī within the context of Kit ā b al-Nas i hatayn Abstract Abd al-Latīf al- Baghdādī is a 18 th century traditionalist philosopher within al-Fārābī school, and a relatively newfound figure in present studies of Islam philosophy. Characteristically, his works on various themes share the common critical approach regarding the actual issues of his day. In Kit ā b al-nasihatayn , al-Baghdādī analysis the situation in his time with regard to medicine and philosophy, and warns readers against works by Avicenna. According to al-Baghdādī, Avicenna has distorted philosophical tradition with new themes that are never treated by Plato and Aristotle. The first chapter of the work comprises warnings about medicine. Hereby study grounds on the second chapter of his work that concentrates on al-Baghdādī’s analyses and criticisms about philosophy. In philosophical terms, al-Baghdādī criticises Avicenna and his followers for interpreting Platonist and Aristotelian philosophies in their own way and for bringing forth personal judgments on this philosophical movement.
