Abstract :In this study, it is aimed to determine the perception of teachers in secondary schools. The state schools in the district of Beşiktaş, Istanbul were applied to 106 teachers who were working in the 5th grade likert type with a .84 and .92 level. The level of esi continuous learning 106 of the teachers was mad continuous learning 106. ; Tır Sharing devices ”were found to be high in the middle class“ strengthened employees orta level, “supportive leadership orta level medium,“ supportive leadership orta level medium, ”general organizational learning perception” level medium “dialogue and research” level. In addition, it was determined that female teachers had higher scores than male teachers.
