Abstract :Bu çalışmanın amacı, Türk bankacılık sektöründe çalışanların iş tatminin incelenmesidir. Bu amaç doğrultusunda Minnesota İş Tatmini ölçeğinin kısa formu kullanılmıştır. Veri toplama aşamasında e-anket tekniği kullanılmış olup; örnek kütle 485 gözlemden meydana gelmiştir. Bu çalışmada açıklayıcı faktör analizi insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(AFA); ve parametrik olmayan hipotez testleri uygulanmıştır. AFA neticesinde dışsal iş tatmini, içsel iş tatmini ve yönetici tutumu faktörleri türetilmiştir. Çalışmada uygulanan parametrik olmayan hipotez testleriyle de türetilen faktörler açısından sırasıyla cinsiyet, çalışılan banka statüsü ve kıdem yılı grupları arasındaki ilişkiler incelenmiştir.
