Abstract :2-Amino-l,3,4-tiadiazolün tereftalaldehit, vanilin, salisilaldehit, p-dimetilaminobenzaldehit ve p-nitrobenzaldehit ile Schiff bazı hazırlamak üzere kondansasyonu yapılmış, ancak piridinli vasatta yalnız tereftalaldehidle reaksiyon mahsulü elde edilebilmiştir. Bu maddenin ince tabaka kromatografisi, UV ve IR muayeneleri, C, H, N, S yüzdeleri tayini ve hidroliz mahsullerinin teşhisi yapılmış ve böylece p-fenilenbis insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(2-metiIenamino-l,3,4-tiadiazol); bünyesinde olduğu tes-bit edilmiştir. 2-Amino-l,3,4-tiadiazol yukarda sayılan diğer aldehitlerle reaksiyon mahsulleri vermemiştir.
