Abstract :Amantadine HCl antiviral ve antiparkinson etkili bir ilagtlr. Bu Gahgmada amantadine HCl in 1,2-naftokinon-4-sulfonik asit sodyum tuzu ile olugturduii;~ tiirev yardlrm ile spektrofotometrik milstar tayini geligtirilmigtir. Reaksiyon sulu ortamda, pH 10 da, 60 \`C da ve 30 dakilsada tamamlanmaktaclr. Olugan tiirevin maksimum absorpsiyonu 451 nrn\`de gozlenmigtir. 0lqu egrisi 5-25 pglrnl araslnda do$jrusaldlr. Geligtirilen yontem amantadin HC1 ic;eren kapsullere uygulm~ ve sonuglar USP XXIII yonterni ile istatistik olarak hyaslmgtlr.
