4- META SOĞUK AKRILIK PROTEZ KAİDE REÇİNESİNİN PROTEZ KAİDE METALİNE BAĞLANMA DAYANIMI* - BOND STRENGTH OF SELF-CURE 4-META ACRYLIC DENTURE BASE RESIN TO METAL DENTURE BASE

Abstract :ÖZET Monomerine 4-META insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(4-metakriloksietİl trimellitat an-hidrat); katılmış olan akrilİk reçinelerin, metal protez kaidesine kimyasal olarak bağlanabildiğini bildiren araştırmalar bulunmaktadır. Bu çalışmada Metaplast isimli 4-META içeren soğuk tamir akriliğinin krom kobalt protez kaide metaline insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(Wironit); bağlanma dayanımı konvansiyonel soğuk akrilik Meliodent ile karşılaştırılarak çekme gerilimi ile incelenmiştir. Üç farklı bağlanma yüzeyi: 1-elektro `etching` yapılmış, 2-kumlanmış ve 3-retansiyon ağı ilave edilmiş yüzeylerdir. înstron test cihazında 1 mm/dak`lık hız ile gerilim uygulanmış ve bağlanma dayanımları insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(kg.f); ile kopma şekilleri kaydedilmiştir. Verilerin analizi tek yönlü ANOVA ve t testi ile yapılmıştır insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(p<0.05);. 4-META reçine en yüksek bağlanma dayanımını retansiyon ağı ile insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(111.33 kg.f/cm2); göstermiş, bu değer kumlanmış grubun değerinden insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(100.77 kg.f/cm2); istatistiksel olarak farklı bulunmamıştır. 4-META akrilik reçine, yüzeyi kumlanmış ve retansiyon ağı olan gruplarda Meliodent`den anlamlı olarak yüksek bağlanma değerleri göstermiştir. Sonuçlar, 4-META soğuk akrilik reçinenin, iskelet protezlerde retansiyon ağına olduğu kadar kumlanmış metal kaideye de yeterli bağlanma sağlayabileceğini göstermiştir. ABSTRACT Chemical bonding of poly insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(methyl methacrylate); insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(PMMA); denture base resin to metal denture base was reported to be possible with addition of 4-META insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(4-methacrylox-yethyl trimellitate anhydrate); to monomer. In this study tensile bond strength of self-cure 4-META PMMA insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(Metaplast); and conventional self-cure PMMA insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(Meliodent); to a cobalt chromium denture base alloy insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(Wironit); was investigated. Three different surface preparations were: 1-electro-etched, 2- sandblasted and 3- retention mesh design insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(simulating cast framework);. Specimens were stressed using Instron machine at Imm/min rate and bond strength values insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(kg.f); and failure types were recorded. Data were analysed using one-way ANOVA and t test insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(p<0.05);. The highest mean bond strength value was seen when 4-Meta bonded with retention mesh insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(111.33 kg.f/cm2); and this was not statistically different from the mean value of 4-META bonded with sandblasted group insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(100.77 kg.f/cm2);. The bond strength of 4-META was higher than Meliodent when bonded to, with retention mesh and sandblasted surfaces. It was concluded that, the bond strength of self-cure 4-META PMMA to the sandblasted metal bases was as sufficient as it is bond strength to the retention mesh of partial dentures.
