Synthesis Of The FeIn2Se4 Compounds

Abstract :     Indium is transferred by the tartaric acid in the strong complex in aqueous medium. Then the selenizing solution insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(solution of selenium on sodium tetraborate); is added. The voluminous sediment of yellow color turns out. Composition of the determined by differential thermal analysis and electron microprobe analysis. The qualitative analysis of this sediment has shown the presence of indium and selenium. In various experiments are produced sediments of different colors when medium pH changes. The set of experiments has been carried out to specify color change and hydrogen ions concentration impact. This  FeIn 2 Se 4  compound for production FeSO 4 x7H 2 O  is mixed with In 2 Se 4   in the molar ratios 2:3 insert ignore into journalissuearticles values( FeIn 2 Se 4 );    with the presence of acetate acid insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(pH=7-3);, at 293-353 K in aqueous medium. In organic medium test within 10 hours at 413 – 443 K to temperature remains in the furnace. Phase analysis of  FeIn 2 Se 4   is studied using the X-ray powder diffraction insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(XRD); and chemical analysis. The compound  FeIn 2 Se 4   crystallized in hexagonal singoniya a=4.012 Å, c=39.21  Å . Morphological investigations have been performed using scanning electron microscopy insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(SEM);. Optical absorption is measured using a spectrophotometer, IK spektr analysis on the basis of the spectrum, which has been read from the dispersed solution of   FeIn 2 Se 4  is calculated. Differential thermal analysis insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(DTA); of FeIn 2 Se 4  compound is observed one endothermic effect. In the system T g =1158   K aqueous medium,  T g =1123   K  organic medium endothermic effect corresponds to the melting point of the combination. In this iron indium selenide efficiency is 92.2 %.
