Abstract :Our research was applied on 16 patients with Behçet`s dise¬ase who have applied to the Ondokuzmayıs University Medical School Hospital. The diagnosis was made by clinical manifestati¬ons and results of the pathergy test. Various audiological tests were applied on these patients. In 10 patients per 16 were found sensoryneural hearing loss. These results may be caused by the pathological change in the cochlea which is obliterative vasculitis, is seen in other systems during Behçet`s disease.
