Abstract :Anaesthetic Management of Bronchoscopic Removal of Inhaled Foreign Bodies Sixty five patients, 23 female and 42 male, mainly in the age group of 2 - 5 years have been evaluated. Age and sex distributions of the patients, intervais between the aspiration of foreign body and bronchoscopy, `x • ray` findings. type and bronchoscopic location of foreing body duration of hospitalization, anaesthetic and bronchoscopic management as well as per and post - operative complications have been analysed and compared with those reported. Çoğunluğunu 2-5 yaş arasındaki çocukların oluşturduğu 23`ü kadın, 42`si erkek 65 hasta değerlendirildi. Bu hastaların yaş ve cinsiyet dağılımı, yabancı cisim aspirasyonu ile bronkoskopi arasında geçen süre, `x - ray` bulguları, yabancı cismin türü ve bronkoskopik lokalizasyonu, hastanede yatma süresi, uygulanan anestezi ve bronkoskopi yöntemi ile per ve post-operatif komplikasyonlar belirlendi ve kaynak verileri ile karşılaştırıldı.
