Abstract :In this study 133 hypertensive acute poststreptococcal glomerulonephritic cases were sdudied in two groups. The first group was given furosemide and compared with the second group receiving antihypertensive plus diuretics. Two groups were compared with each other according to blood pressure insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(BP);, diuresis, hospital stay and frequency of drug adminis tration. Hastanemize akut poststreptokoksik glomerulonefrit ve hipertansiyon nedeniyle yatırılarak tedavi gören 133 vaka iki grup altında incelenmiştir. Bir gruba sadece diuretik insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(Furosemide); diğer gruba anitihipertânsif insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(Rezerpine); le birlikte diuretik verilerek gruplar, kan basıncının normale dönüşü, düzenli diürezin başlaması, hastanede yatış süresi, ödemin kaybolma süresi, parenteral diuretik ve antihipertansif verme sıklığı yönünden karşılaştırılmıştır.
