Abstract :SUMMARY Ultrasonographic Evaluation of Solitary Hyperactive Nodules In our study, 24 solitary hyperactive nodules have been evaluated by ultrasonography in order to define the ultrasonographic pattern of these nodules. But we couldn`t find any specific ultrasonographic pattern for the solitary hyperactive nodules. However we have seen most frequently the echopenlc solid and solid echo patterns with cyctic areas özet Tiroid sintigrafisinde soliter hiperaktif nodüller % 6 oranında görülmekte¬dir. Hiperaktif nodulun süpresyonuna bağlı olarak nodul dışındaki tiroid dokusu sintigrafik olarak tam değerlendirilememektedir. Çalışmamızda soliter hiperaktif nodüllü 24 olguda nodüllerin ultrasono¬grafik paterni incelenmiş ve nodul dışı tiroid dokusu değerlendirlmiştir,
