Abstract :SUMMARY Deteiimination of Chlamydia Trachomatis with sitology, IF stain, cell culture and ELISA methods in urogenital tract infections In this study 422 patients who had urogenital diseases and control group insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(pregnant women and sexually active men and women); were tested in order to determine Chlamydia trachomatis. In our study direct examination insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(Giemsa, iod and IF stain);, tissue culture and ELISA were used by us to determine C.trachomatis. The ELISA and IF stain method was found useful test according to our research. Özet Çalışmamızda ürogenital yakınması olan kadın ve erkek hastalar, hamile¬ler, genelev kadınları, normal kadın ve erkekler olmak üzere toplam 422 kişide C.trachomatis araştırılmıştır. Çalışmamızda Giemsa, iyot ye immunofloresan ile doğrudan inceleme ya¬pılmış ayrıca hücre kültürü ve ELISA yöntemleri kullanılmıştır. Çalışma¬mızda ELISA ve İmmunofloresan yöntemlerinin epidemiyolojik çalışmalar¬da yararlı olacağı görülmüştür.
