Abstract :SUMMARY The Importance of Ccmputerised Tomography in Irreductible Posterior Fracture Dislocations of the Hip. In this study, 4 cases of irreductible posterior fracture discolation of the hip were presented. The factors that hinder anatomic reduction were evaluated with computerised tomografi. We considered that CT makes important contribution to identification and management of the intrinsic factors that hinder reduction in traumatic fracture dislocation of the hip. Özet Bu çalışmada, redükte edilemeyen 4 kalça posterior kırıklı çıkığı olgusu sunuldu. Anatomik redüksiyonu engelleyen faktörler bilgisayarlı insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(BT); ile değerlendirildi. BT`nin travmatik kalça kırıklı çıkıklarında redüksiyonu engelleyen intrensek faktörlerin tanımlanmasında ve tedavide önemli katkı sağladığı kanısına varıldı.
