Abstract :Ondokuz Mayıs Üniversitesi Tıp Fakültesi Kulak-Burun-Boğaz Kliniğine baş¬vuran kronik maksiller sinüzit tanısı almış 50 hastada nasal pasaj, nazofarenks ve operasyon esnasında maksiller sinüs içinden aerop ve anaerob kültür alınıp neticeleri ve aralarındaki korelasyon literatür bilgileri ışığında değerlendirlmiştir.
