Abstract :SUMMARY COMPUTERIZED ``TOMOGRAPHY OF PARANASAL SINUS INFECTIONS Conventional radiologic modalities are not enough in evaluation of the paranasal sinus patologies in any case. Computerized tomography can provide detailed anatomy and opportunity for assessing soft tissue abnormalities. In this study, the computerized tomographic and direct radiographic findings were compared and evaluated in 61 patients with diagnosis of sinusitis. ÖZET Paranazal sinüs patolojilerinin değerlendirilmesinde konvansiyonel radyolojik incelemeler her zaman yeterli olmamaktadır. Bilgi¬sayarlı tomografi ayrıntılı anatomik bilgi vermekte, yumuşak doku patolojilerinin değerlendirilmesine olanak sağlamaktadır. Bu çalışmada sinüzit tanısı` alan 61 hastada direkt radyografik inceleme bulguları ile bilgisayarlı tomografi bulguları karşılaş¬tırılmıştır.
