Abstract :. SUMMARY VASCULAR TRAUMA. A REPORT 114 CASES 114 cases have been treated surgically for vascular trauma between 1979-1989. A strong correlation has been found between prognosis and the time till arrival to the hospital, the type and variations and of trauma. In selecting the surgical treatment modality, the aim must be to regain, the normal function of the traumatized part of the body. For 6 cases primary suture repair-, for 32 cases end-to-end anastomosis, for 76 cases saphenous vena and/or PTFE insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(Polytetrafluo.ro-ethylene); graft interposition have been applied. ÖZET 1979-1989 yılları arasında vasküler travma nedeniyle 114 olguya cerrahi girişim uygulanmıştır. Olguların hastaneye geliş süreleri, travmanın cinsi, çeşitliliği, yeri ile prognoz arasında yakın ilişki mevcuttur. Vasküler travmalı olgularda cerrahi seçenekler içersinde girişim uygulanan bölgenin eski fonksiyonunun devam ettirilmesi amaç olmalıdır. Kliniğimizde 6 olguya primer sütür tamiri, 32 olguya uç-uça anastomoz, 76 olguya ise safen ven ve/veya PTFE insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(Polytetrafluoroethylene); greft ile interpozisyon yapılmıştır.
