Abstract :SUMMARY CLINICAL EVALUATION OF 197 CESAREAN SECTIONS UNDER 21 YEARS OLD A comparison was made between the incidence of cesarean section deliveries of mothers of 18 years of age or younger and those of 19 to 21 years of age. The rate of cesarean section deliveries was 5.78 % among mothers of 18 years of age or younger, compared to 5.79 % among mothers of 19 to 21 years of age insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(p >0.05);. The general -ward cesarean section rate at the same hospital was 12.78 %. Also compared were the indications for cesarean section between the two groups. ÖZET Sezaryenle doğum yapan 18 yaş ve altındaki adolesanlarla 19-21 yaş grubundaki sezaryen olguları arasında sezaryen insidansı yönünden bir karşılaştırma yapıldı. 18 yaş ve altındaki genç annelerde sezaryenle doğum oranı % 5.78, 19-21 yaş grubunda ise % 5.79 olarak saptandı. Her iki grup arasında önemli bir fark yoktu Cp > 0.05);. Genel sezaryen hızımız ise % 12.78 idi. Sezaryen endikasyonları yönünden her iki grup arasında karşılaştırma yapıldı. 18 yaş ve altındaki genç annelerle 19-21 yaş grubundaki anneler arasında sezaryen endikasyonları yönünden bir fark saptanmadı insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(p> 0.05);.
