Abstract :SUMMARY CLINICAL EVALUATION OF 19 GESTATIONAL TROPHOBLASTIC NEOPLASMS We studied the epidamlology of gestational, trophoblastic neoplasms among 61414 pregnant women at the maternity hospital in Samsun during the period 1.1.1985t- 31.12.1989. Oar estimated rate of 1 hydatiform moles per 3232 pregnancies. The incidence was higher than in the other studies. In these cases the surgical and medical interventions. histopathological evaluations, results of the chemotherapy and follow-up are considered. Findings are compared with the data given in the literature. ÖZET Bu çalışmada 1.1.1985 - 31.12,1989 tarihleri arasında Samsun Doğum ve Çocuk Bakımevinde muayene edilen 61414 gebe kadında 19 gestasyonel trofoblastik tümör olgusu tespit edildi. Mol hidatiform insidansımız 1/3232 `dir. Bu insidans diğer birçok çalışmadan daha yüksektir. Olgularımız tıbbi ve cer¬rahi müdahaleler, histopatolojik incelemeler, kemoterapi ve takip yönünden gözden geçirilidi. Bulgular literatür bul¬guları ile karşılaştırıldı.
